To register your child for a sport follow these step:

1. Big Teams Registration

Click the link above for instructions for creating accounts on Big Teams.  Accounts will need to be created for both students and parents.  Parents will need to link their account to their student's account.  Parents can link to as many student accounts as needed.  

2. PIAA Physical Form (PIAA Section 6)

Click the link above to download Section 6 of the PIAA pre-participation physical examination form.  Section 6 is the physical form to be filled out by your child's physician.  Once it is complete the physical can be uploaded to the Big Teams portal. Missing physicals or incomplete information means no participation. Paper copies of PIAA physical form are no longer accepted. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Physicals must be dated June 1, 2024 or later.
• The PIAA physical form is different from the school physical. 

3. ImPACT Baseline Test

All student-athletes at New Hope-Solebury are required to take a baseline ImPACT test each academic year prior to starting participation in their sport.  ImPACT tests is to be completed on line.
